CataractCare ('we') are keen to strike a fair balance between your personal privacy and ensuring you obtain full value from the internet and other services that we may be able to market to you.

2 - Use of personal data

In some areas of our website, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to reply to you after your visit. This would include where you make an enquiry about us or our services or request further information from us using our contact form, but please note that we do not undertake to reply to any such enquiry or request and accept no liability for any delay in replying or failure to do so. When you contact us you will be asked to give your name, e-mail address and other personal information that will be needed to reply to your enquiry or request. We may use your personal data for responding to any enquiry or request made by you and for future e-mail mailings, providing information that may be of interest to you such as developments in the diagnosis and treatment of cataracts, general correspondence regarding our services and correspondence which may relate to you. If you would rather not receive future marketing e-mails from us please inform us by e-mail at info@cataractcare.co.uk

The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your relationship with us. We will not disclose or sell your information except if we sell the whole or part of the business.

3 - Cookies

We do not use cookies (defined below) for collecting user information from the site and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of the Web server and otherwise as described above.

Cookies
